The implementation of the triple helix model: The successful Swedish case

This conference reflects upon how national culture influences on the successful implementation of the triple helix model, understood as the participation and collaboration of government, academy and industry (Erosa, 2012, p. 25), by using the Swedish experience as case study.
The conference offers possible answers to these questions:
Why is Triple helix an essential model for countries?
How has national culture triggered innovation in Sweden?
What makes Sweden's ecosystem and culture contribute to empowering entrepreneurs?
What can Latin American countries learn from Swedish experience?
